Where do you ship?
We concentrate on bringing fun and rare Japanese Candy to the U.S. We can ship within the U.S. for reasonably priced rates. We do offer International Shipping prices, but they are rather expensive. If you do not live in U.S., make sure you are comfortable with our International rates before purchase.

When will I receive my Order?
We normally ship same day for orders received before 11:30 a.m. Monday - Saturday. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. M-Sat are usually labeled same day but dropped at post office next day. Orders placed after Noon on Saturdays will be dropped at Post Office Mondays. After dropped, our packages usually take 2-5 days to arrive.
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED. IT WILL COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN CHECK USPS.COM TO SEE WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS. THEY OFTEN TAKE 12-24 HOURS TO UPDATE AFTER YOU RECEIVE NOTICE.
Our Goal is to provide a way for people in the U.S. to get Japanese Candy quickly without having to wait a month or longer to get rare Japan exclusive Candy items, like with some of the Japanese candy suppliers you may have used in the past that ship from Japan. We provide you the safety of knowing that your candy will get to you safe and quickly, always included with tracking updates.

Can I cancel an order?
We ship our orders very quickly, so cancelling is not an option because most likely your purchase is already packaged and ready to be shipped. If you contact us before your order ships, there is a 10% cancellation fee that will be deducted from sales and shipping total.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this point.
Do you do trades?
We are a store that sells items. These items are not a part of a personal collection. Therefore we do not do trades.
