You MUST Accept these terms in order to use our website. ONCE YOU CLICK THE CHECKOUT BUTTON, you automatically agree to the policies laid out herein. If you (USER) does not agree with these policies, you should not use our site.

CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS!!! If your address is not confirmed through PAYPAL, we will be forced to REFUND your Order--If your address is not confirmed, someone could fraudulently order from your account or your package could get lost.

 

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US TO SEE WHERE YOU PACKAGE IS BEFORE 6 DAYS AFTER ORDER WAS PLACED OR BEFORE CHECKING YOUR TRACKING INFO!!

 

SHIPPING TIMES:

Tuesday - Thursday we ship same or next day if there are no issues with your orders (Address is Confirmed, All Products in Stock, Order is Being Shipped to U.S. Location) Our packages take 2-5 days to arrive to you if you are in U.S. unless one oo the following circumstances occur. Orders placed Friday through Monday may have delayed shipping time due to high volume ordering and postal service schedules. They may take 2-4 days to leave our facility. Often they still ship same or next day, but delays are possible.

 

OUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE DURING OUR SPECIAL EVENTS: CHECK OUR SPECIAL EVENT CALENDAR !! If you order while we are scheduled to be away, it could take 5-14 days for you to receive your order. Please be ok with this, or wait till the Monday or Tuesday after our event ends to place your order. until we are back and restocked. We try our best and pull your orders as they come in while we are at conventions, but sometimes we are too busy to do so.

 

OUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: If an item you ordered is out of stock, which happens in every business on the web, we may first try to contact you by the email connected to the Paypal account you ordered from to see if you would like a replacement. Our replacement value is always more than the value of your missing item to make up for any inconvenience. We wait 24 hrs to hear back from you. SO PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL CONNECTED TO YOUR PAYPAL OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELAYED. If you do not reply, we will refund and then ship your order.

 

 

 

REFUNDS:

ALL ITEMS ARE QUALITY CHECKED BEFORE THEY LEAVE OUR SHOP. We will not refund from damage during shipping. We package our items safely, therefore they should arrive to you with no problem. BUT, IF YOU EVER NOTICE YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING PRODUCT WITH PHOTGRPAHIC OR VIDEO PROOF OF DAMAGE. AFTER 24 HOURS WE WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY OFFER OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF YOU HAVE HAD THE PACKAGE IN YOUR POSSESSION AND HANDLED IT BECAUSE WE CANNOT DETERMINE AT THAT POINT IF IT LEFT OUR PREMISES DAMAGED OR WAS DAMAGED WHILE IN YOUR CARE. IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE, WE WILL ALSO NOT CONSIDER ANY OFFER OF REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF OF PACKAGING THAT IT CAME TO YOU IN (ex. box or bubble mailer) AND DAMAGE PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEO. ANY SHIPPING FEES INCURRED FOR RETURNING OF ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE PAID BY BUYER. CANCELLATIONS: WE process orders very quickly therefore we do not offer order cancellations.

  • ALL ORDERS COME WITH TRACKING NUMBERS EMAILED THROUGH THE PAYPAL SYSTEM-Please make sure you check your spam for an email from Paypal --Before you email us to see where your package is, check your tracking at https://www.usps.com/

 

 

  • If your package says DELIVERED and you did not receive it, we will not be able to refund your order or shipping cost. Please arrange to have someone pick up your mail or be home to receive it. We are not responsible if a package is stolen from your porch or mailbox.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS--CUTIE PIE KAWAII IS NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages due to issues surrounding USPS procedure. We can add extra insurance for the fee it entails. If you choose not to contact us to add insurance you are acknowledging and agreeing to this condition by clicking the CHECKOUT BUTTON.

 

RESTOCKING FEE - 25 %

If your item is returned due to insufficient or faulty address provided by you, you will only receive a 75% refund and SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Due to Cutie Pie Kawaii's large variety of items and constant influx of sales, occasionally, items listed for sale on the website may be out of stock. Cutie Pie Kawaii will try to contact buyer through their email registered with Paypal to see if a replacement item is wanted. If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we will issue a refund for items ordered but currently not in stock.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT CERTAIN COUNTRIES, TRACKING WILL STOP ONCE IT LEAVES USA-

These packages DO NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE - Exception: orders over a certain weight (varies) may be subject to extra shipping fees and required to be shipped Express. You will be responsible for extra shipping fees. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER !!! IMPORTANT INFO!!! International Orderers. Sometimes the shipping I charge you does not cover the actual expense it costs to ship your order. With Large Amuse Products or Kigurumis, you may receive an additional invoice 

to cover shipping costs. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we focus on US sales because International Shipping is so 

expensive when shipping from the US. In order to send internationally, we must be able to cover our expenses. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER HANDLING TIME - Because of the extra customs forms we have to fill out, International orders may take up to a week to ship. After shipped they can take 2-8 Weeks to Arrive

 

CASH THROUGH MAIL PAYMENTS

Please add all items to your cart, click your state for a shipping quote, then take a picture of full order with total and shipping included. Send us a picture of order through KIK @cutiepiekawaiishop , Facebook Messaging, or email cpkstore@gmail.com. At that point we will contact you with a discounted quote that does not involve coins.

 

Once we see a picture of the CASH with a Stamped Envelope addressed to Cutie Pie Kawaii, we will hold items. WE WILL NOT HOLD ITEMS UNTIL WE SEE THE CASH. 99% of Cash orders end up failing, because the people do not actually have cash in hand.

 

When you send your cash, please be sure to lay cash flat in 2 sheets of paper in a tri-fold, cash concealed in center of papers, not visible through envelope.

 

Please include a real name, first and last in a note in the envelope in which the cash is sent. Also include your full shipping address and list of items you ordered when sending your payment so we know all details of order. DO NOT SEND COINS IN MAIL!! #1: COINS ARE HEAVY AND MAY CAUSE YOUR ENVELOPE TO BE SENT BACK #2 We do not send change back to you.

 

CASH ORDERS ARE NOT PROTECTED AT ALL!!!-PLEASE KNOW YOU ARE TAKING A RISK, CASH IS NOT TRACEABLE OR REFUNDABLE IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE IT, UNLESS YOU INSURE THE ENVELOPE OR GET TRACKING OR SIGNED DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, which are all available at Post Office.

  • Click "Confirm location" under "Notifications" on your Account Overview.

  • Enter your confirmation code and click "Submit."

  • Print the PayPal fax cover sheet.

  • Fax or mail the cover sheet with a valid photo ID and a document showing proof of your address. You can prove your address with documents such as a utility bill, a bank statement, or a check stub.
