  • Flavor Intensity - Perfect Balance. Not too overbearing, yet still strong enough to know what you're eating - Since they are always sold out, I have only tried 5 flavors, flavors that I am not even crazy about, but with these, they were still amazing!!

  • Filling - Perfect sweetness and creamy texture

  • Availability - CALL AHEAD AND PAY OVER THE PHONE!!!! Or message on facebook or Instagram a few days before your trip. THEY SELL OUT FAST!!

  • THE PERFECT SPECIMEN OF A FRENCH MACARON!!! Well, the baker owner claims they are not french macarons, they are "Auda Macs", meaning that she doesn't follow any flavoring rules and her flavors are not meant to be as sweet as classic french macarons

  • PRICE - Standard $2 each

 

WOULD I GET THEM AGAIN? YES, YES, YES!!! Everytime I am in Philadelphia!!

 

They also specialize in Gourmet Puddings. We tried the carrot creme brulee. Gourmet Pudding is something that macaron shops often sell. You will find pudding mostly at macaron shops with Asian Owners, which must be common in Asian communites and countries.
