• Flavor Intensity - Perfect Balance. With the stronger flavors like Rose and Lavender, Jean Marc's macarons have the perfect flavor. Not too overbearing, yet still strong enough to know what you're eating

• Filling - Perfect sweetness and creamy texture with some having a dab of complementing flavored jelly in the center!!

• Availability - We have always gone before 10 am on Saturdays and Sundays and have had no problem with availability, but I always call ahead to be sure fo their quantity projection for the day. And always as we are headed out, it has started to get busy, so I assume if you go in afternoon, the stock may be depleted. Better Safe than sorry, place an order over the phone.

• THE PERFECT SPECIMEN OF A FRENCH MACARON!!! Cool flavors, Light crispy shell, but gooey cakey center with  a burst o fmelt in your mouth cream and jelly.

Newest Flavor Balsamic Raspberry is DIVINE!!! Even flavors that I do not like, with these macarons, I like them!! Jean-Marc is a macaron genius!! I mean c'mon, he is French, what do you expect!!!
